Terms of Sale
Our maps and softwares are available by mail order or by direct
download.
Each order placed with us will be honoured within 24 hours during
business days, or 72 hours during weekend.
All mail orders are sent in a folder with CD-ROM and user's guide, if
necessary, inserted in an envelope B5. Dispatching will be made through
Swiss Post and delivery will take 3 to 10 days for the European
continent and 1 to 4 weeks for other continents. Euratlas undertakes to
ship a new cd-rom if an order has not been received in an absolute
delay of 6 weeks.

Available Payment Methods
1) By bank or postal transfer on a Swiss account.
In such a case, the purchaser has to print, to complete the order form
and send it to the mentioned address. The cd-rom will be shipped after
reception of the payment.
